About Bella
I’m Bella — a travel designer, travel writer, and founder of Mindholiday, a boutique travel agency built on connection, compassion, curiosity, creativity, and community.
I believe travel isn’t about escaping your life; it’s about returning to yourself. I started Mindholiday to help people experience travel as something deeper — not just beautiful hotels and bucket-list moments, but journeys that expand your perspective, nurture your wellbeing, and help you feel more human in a world that moves too fast.
My love for travel began with a deep curiosity about how other people live, eat, and find joy. That curiosity has taken me to over 30 countries across four continents (with Tanzania, Greece, and Brazil sitting high on the list of favorites). I live in Brooklyn with my husband, Mark, and my stepson, Quinn, and our family adventures are often where I find my greatest inspiration — proof that travel doesn’t just change where you go, it changes how you see.
Before founding Mindholiday, I worked in people and culture for a mission-driven food company and, years earlier, ran a fashion blog that sparked my love for storytelling and community-building. Looking back, I realize those experiences were all connected — rooted in creativity, connection, and care.
Through Mindholiday, I design intentional, restorative trips for individuals, couples, and families — with a particular love for Mexico, South America, Europe, and design-forward beach destinations. My approach is equal parts intuitive and logistical: thoughtful planning that still leaves room for magic.
Travel, to me, is one of the purest ways to connect — to yourself, to others, and to the wider world. My goal is to help you find that feeling, wherever you go.
